Kenya's political landscape witnessed a groundbreaking shift as President William Ruto and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga officially sealed a political agreement to work together within one government. The landmark event, held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), brought together top officials from both leaders' camps. In a rare display of unity, the two leaders signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), setting the stage for cooperation between Ruto’s United Democratic Alliance (UDA) and Raila’s Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), signaling a departure from years of rivalry that have defined Kenyan politics.
