You may need to shower daily if:
-You engage in strenuous physical activity or exercise
-You live in a hot or humid climate
-You work in an environment where you sweat or get dirty

In these cases, daily showers help remove sweat, bacteria, and allergens that could irritate the skin or cause odour.
If you have dry or sensitive skin, live in a cooler climate, or are not physically active every day, showering every 2–3 days may be healthier for your skin. On non-shower days, spot cleaning (washing face, underarms, groin, and feet) is usually enough to maintain hygiene.
