The Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) has announced a scheduled electricity interruption on Sunday, August 24, as part of its ongoing system maintenance program. The exercise, expected to last up to nine hours from 8am, will affect specific areas in five counties. KPLC emphasized that the outages are necessary to enhance service reliability, upgrade infrastructure, and connect new customers.
