The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has announced over 250 job vacancies across various categories, including graduate trainees, urging Kenyans to seize the opportunity.
Job Categories Available
According to the Authority’s notice published on Tuesday, August 19, the vacancies include:
-Graduate Trainees – over 200 slots
-Drivers – 50 slots
-Data Centre Operations Officer
-Knowledge Management Officer
-Data Integration Personnel
-Security Tools Operations Officer
-Business Application Support Officer
-Revenue Assurance Officer
KRA emphasized that applicants must be results-oriented, self-driven, dynamic, and possess high integrity to be considered.
How to Apply
Interested candidates must apply online through the official KRA website (kra.go.ke). The procedure is as follows:
1. Visit the KRA website and navigate to the Careers section.
2. Click on the Register button to begin the application.
3. Confirm your email address via the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
4. Log into the portal with your username and password.
5. On the Applicant Cockpit page, click Candidate Profile → My Profile to update your details.
6. Complete the process by selecting Overview and Release.
Note: All mandatory fields must be filled in for the application to be considered.
Mandatory Requirements
Successful applicants will need to provide the following:
-A valid certificate of good conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI)
-A valid HELB clearance certificate
-A valid KRA tax compliance certificate
-A current report from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
Applications must be submitted before September 8, 2025. KRA clarified that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
