Bullet Bras Evolution || Where did Bullet Bras go to?
The Ministry of Repentance and Holiness, led by Prophet Dr. David Owuor, is grounded in the urgent biblical call to repentance, holiness, and preparation for the coming of the Messiah. The church teaches that salvation is not merely by confession of faith but must be followed by a transformed, sin-free life. It emphasizes sanctification, righteousness, and complete separation from worldly behaviors.
The church operates under a prophetic leadership model, with Prophet Owuor considered the Lord’s spokesperson in this generation. He oversees doctrine, visions, and national prophecies. A team of archbishops, overseers, and senior pastors supports him in managing congregations nationwide and globally. All major decisions, especially doctrinal and spiritual declarations, stem from the prophetic office.
A defining characteristic of the Ministry is its strict dress code, which the church teaches as a reflection of inner holiness. Members—especially women—are required to dress modestly and conservatively, based on scriptural references.
-Women are expected to wear long dresses or skirts (never trousers), with no makeup, jewelry, or revealing clothing. Hair is often covered during worship, and artificial beauty enhancements (wigs, eyelashes, nail polish) are discouraged or banned.

-Men are expected to dress neatly and respectfully, typically in shirts and long trousers. Sagging pants, torn clothing, or flashy attire is considered worldly.
The ministry emphasizes that “true holiness must be visible both inside and outside,” and clothing is one of the strongest outward indicators of a believer’s separation from secular culture.
The Ministry is highly active in national and international evangelism, organizing large-scale healing services, revival meetings, and street crusades. These events often attract thousands, with testimonies of healing and conversions regularly reported. The church also engages in prison outreach, disaster response, and public repentance events in schools and cities.
Members are instructed to live lives of strict personal discipline. This includes daily prayer, reading Scripture, avoiding secular media, and fasting regularly. The use of secular entertainment—music, films, social media trends—is discouraged. The ministry teaches that followers must “come out and be separate,” citing 2 Corinthians 6:17 as its spiritual basis.
Since the 2000s, the Ministry has established itself as a major force in Kenyan Pentecostalism, with growing influence across Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, and the diaspora. Its call to moral reformation and spiritual urgency has attracted both praise and criticism, but its gatherings often fill stadiums, with televised crusades watched by millions.
